I first saw this video seven or eight years ago. It’s always hung around in my head since then as a metaphor for our inner battles, and as a meta-metaphor for really cheesey metaphors. I lost track of it, and I couldn’t find it forever. But being that we now live in a world without obscurity, there it is, smack-dab on YooToob.
It’s brilliant. It’s stupid. It’s stupidly brilliant.

I watched it from home this morning . . . you certainly can find things!
Very cool - I didn’t know that Andy Samberg had actually been doing things like this for a while (as in prior to the SNL cupcake-rap one.)
One moment freaked me out for a second, until I realized that it was the empty suit - I’m a bit slower on the uptake sometimes . . .

You want to talk about slow on the uptake? It was only when you mentioned Andy Samberg that I connected the guy listed in the MvR credits with the guy on SNL.
It’s good to see that someone who did something I really liked way back when go on to greater success.
