Well, the thing is, Rupe, that I already have the MP3, and I have to keep reminding myself that I'm not the curator of a museum - I tend to be a clutter magnet. Plus, the record was part of a larger album (and I mean album, from back when albums were really albums - books with numbers of 78 singles in them) with a number of other discs (including the Ink Spots singing "If I Didn't Care"). I dunno what it all woulda cost... hard to justify, considering I have nothing to play it on...

We also saw a 78 of "Jingle Bells" by the Hoosier Hotshots. Very cool, and I almost pulled out my wallet...

Also, it's not "Paper Moon," but "Paper Doll." Did the Mills Bros ever sing "Paper Moon"? It woulda been a good song for them, I think.

You didn't buy it ... ?!?!?!

Whatteryou ... GOOFY ... ?!?

You could've framed it and put it on the wall with a copy of this posting at the very least!

Or you could've picked it up for Rupe! I've got a Victrola that would love to have " ...a pristine 78-RPM disc of the Mills Brothers’ singing, “Paper Moon.”

Go back! Go back and get it!

I'll pay the shippiing ... !!!
